For the past 4 years or so, I have lived in the Bothell/Everett area of Washington State. Although I loved it there, I thought it might be time to move to a new area, one that I had not lived in before. So, I moved about 300 miles south to Vancouver Washington. I had never been here before but it looked great from what I could see on the Internet. I have done this most of my life. I just seem to find a town that intrigues me and then I move knowing nothing much about the place and having no friends there. All of my moves have been wonderful and each time the adventure is well worth it. I have been in Vancouver (just above Portland) for a couple of weeks now and I know I made the right move. Life for me is not about playing it safe, but rather stepping to the edge and taking chances. I am quite sure that when I step over the edge, I will either step on to solid ground, or I will learn to fly. I love what Auntie Mame said; "Life is a banquet and most poor sons a bitches are starving to death". Sooooooooo, once again I am at the banquet table and it is a feast.
